Refund policy

Refunds & Reschedules

We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work for our in-person classes:

• More than 30 days before class – Full refund, then
• Up to 14 days before class – 50% refund, or transfer to a future class, then
• Up to 7 days before class – No refunds, but you can transfer your spot or reschedule if space allows, then
• Less than 7 days before class – No refunds or reschedules, but you may send someone in your place

And for our live-online classes:

• Full refund up to 48 hours before the session. After that, we’ll do our best to move you to a future date.
• If you’re unsure or something comes up, just get in touch at hello@fgmania.co.uk. We’ll always do our best to help.

Minimum Class Size

Each in-person class requires a minimum of 4 participants. If we don’t meet that threshold, you’ll be contacted no later than 3 days before the class and offered a full refund or a reschedule option.
